FUJAIRAH FACTORY Our first factory was founded in 1982 in the busy-heart of Fujairah with an area of 20,600 square meter and a capacity of 13,000 metric tons annually. This manufacturing wonder-plant produces commodity plastic and single layer plastic under the category of LDPE, HDPE and PP. We are a pioneer user of D2W for Oxo-biodegradable plastic in extrusion stage that enables plastic bags to be eco-friendly. The factory is equipped with 116 machines that performs extrusion, printing, cutting and packing. All production is custom made to each client’s specification with branding done using CIP and flexographic printing up to 8 colors. The factory runs 24 hours in 2 shifts by our highly skilled employees. SHARJAH FACTORY In 1990, our Head Office was inaugurated in Sharjah with an area of 3,700 square meters. As its known; Sharjah is the only emirate in the UAE to border all six other emirates providing easy accessibility making it an amazing location for the group’s HQ. As a part of our earliest collaboration with the innovative UAE Government, we assisted in implementing the use of D2W making Oxo-biodegradable plastic as a required standard across the country to achieve an eco-friendly industry. Our continuous efforts to support the community through various initiatives headed by the Government. Our office is made up of Admin, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Export and Logistics departments which work 6 days a week from Sunday – Thursday 8am to 5pm and Friday 8am to 12pm. This manufacturing unit produces commodity plastic using HDPE. We are a pioneer user of D2W for Oxo-biodegradable plastic in extrusion stage that enables plastic bags to be eco-friendly. Ajman factory is equipped with over 45 machines that performs extrusion, printing, cutting and packing. All production is custom made to client’s specification with branding done with up to 8 colors printing. The factory runs 24 hours in 2 shifts by our highly skilled employees. AL AIN FACTORY As we broaden our portfolio to flexible packaging, Fujairah Plastic Industries Abu Dhabi (Al Ain) was established in 2014. With an area of 12,000 square meters and annual production capacity of 10,000 metric tons, it produces laminated flexible packaging up to 6 layer used in packaging for food & beverage, household, cleaning & hospitality, retail and manufacturing industry. This manufacturing factory is equipped with the highest technology machinery; Bandera extrusion machine for PE, Combi lamination machine, Flexotechnica for up to 8 colors and Cerruti Rotogravure for up to 9 colors printing, Ashe slitting machine and Windmoller & Holscher FFS line. With attached QC department having newest technology testing equipment and highly qualified personnel backing the quality of production, this factory runs 24 hours in 2 shifts.
